Kinesis vs traditional machines

A gym nearby is equipped with a Kinesis Wall but there are very few traditional resistance machines.  I am considering joining it or another with more traditional machines but no Kinesis.

My question is: Can a Kinesis equipment replace all the major traditional machines (i.e. chest press, lat machine, leg extension, etc.)?  And what is Kinesis' maximum resistance (i.e. weights, comparable to the traditional machines)?

Thanks a lot.

Dear Oliver!

Which are you main reasons to exercise?

Traditional machines only work in isolation and therefore they are very limited. More to the point the weight on traditional machines is never the one you actually pull , due to pulleys and cables.
Those machines NEVER exert a realistic stress nor train you for daily tasks.

Chest press?? what movement is that ?? sitting down? Do you actually perform such thing during your life outside the gym? What do u need to push so hard when sitting at the desk? You would rather push yourself up from the floor.. So... That would be a
real strengthening exc.

Kinesis works the whole body and provides adequate stresses to mobilizers and stabilizers (unlike traditional machines) that you need to be FUNCTIONALLY strong.

If you are looking into lifting heavy weights, growing in size...

Then you should perhaps challenge yourself in the free weight area, implementing such work with Kinesis to make sure traditional strength is applied to everyday movement.

I would agree with the previous answer.  Also, Kinesis can be grea for injury prevention by increaseing your flexibility and strengthening weak muscle groups.
