Kinesis One, Kinesis Select, Cardio Wave, Excite and FlexAbility are highlighted in this hybrid program. A Hybrid program is a style of training for a client that may prefer the structure of a traditional program and some traditional exercise blended with the randomness of a progressive or reactive training program. Basically that client that likes both traditional and progressive(functional) styles of training.
