Learn Section

How do I post a video?
Posting a video is a snap. Select VIDEOS, from the LEARN section, click ADD NEW CONTENT, and enter the required information.
TITLE – video title
DESCRIPTION – video description
KW/TAGS for the video
YOUTUBE VIDEO CODE/ATTACHMENT: you can add a video in two ways. If you've already uploaded it to YouTube, paste the corresponding alphanumeric code at the end of the link. If the video isn't uploaded to YouTube, add it directly by clicking UPLOAD.
Click SAVE to save the information you've entered.

How do I post a photo?
Posting a photo is a snap. Select PHOTOS to the LEARN section, click ADD NEW CONTENT and enter the required information.

TITLE – photo title 
DESCRIPTION – photo description
KW/TAGS for the photo
ATTACHMENT: Select the photo you want. Don't worry about the size.
Save what you've entered.
 
I've posted a photo/video, but now I'd like to change the text/title and/or the tags?
To change the text or other text elements you've entered for a photo or video, just click on the item, click EDIT, make your changes and save.
 
I'd like to add a training program but I haven't created it yet. What should I do?
To load a training program that you haven't created yet, just select TRAINING PROGRAMS from the LEARN section, click Edit Message and then on Download here your templates for creating your PDF/PPS.
 
Ask Section

How do I post a question?
Posting a question on WeKinesis is really easy. You can check whether your question has already been asked by doing a search in the Ask section. If no one has asked it yet, click ADD NEW QUESTION. Fill out the Subject and Message fields and click SAVE to save and publish your question.

Can I answer questions posted by other users even if I'm not a trainer specialized in Kinesis?
Everyone – trainers and users alike – can post questions and answer queries made by other users. Answers from trainers are certified by the orange ID badge that says “Trainer”. Click on a specific question, then click REPLY to post an answer. You can also express your opinion by clicking on the thumbs-up or thumbs-down icons, or click ADD TO FAVORITES to save it to the favorites area of your profile.


Blog Section

How do I add a blog post?
Posting a blog on WeKinesis is very easy. Go to the BLOG section and click the orange ADD A NEW POST button at the top and fill in the required fields – TITLE, TEXT, TAGS.
You can also add a photo or YouTube video to your post.

Can I add a video to a blog post?
Adding a video to a blog post is very easy. Simply paste the video code into the YouTube video code field.

What size photo can I add to a blog post?
The system automatically takes care of formatting the photo, so you don't need to worry about resizing the photo you want to add to your post.
 
What is the video size limit for a blog post?
You can only add videos that are already on YouTube. So if you'd like to add a video to your post, remember to upload it to YouTube first and then paste the code into the dedicated field.


Meet Section

How do I find a trainer near me?
To contact a trainer in your city, or at least near your city, click on the MEET tab, select what you’re looking for and your country.
 
How can I edit my profile?
To change your profile, just click on your name on the upper right and select MY profile. Once you have made your changes, click SAVE CHANGES.

Is there a history of my WeKinesis activity?
Yes. To see your WeKinesis activity history, go to the Contributions section of your profile.
