"The Archer"
Is the name that i gave to this dynamic  exercise with Kinesis One.
This exercise is a very dynamic movement and can be used both for warming up
or for a real training.

tonification gentle stimulation of the acupuncture point; compare with sedation of it.

If we are to adhere to the Nan Jing’s basic tenant that all diseases start from a deficiency of the Essential Ki; then it follows that “tonification” will be our most frequently used needle technique

just trying to understand how the understand of tonification is being used here.
other than that I like the move nice flow, kinda dance-ish.

@ Jacob

Thanks for your comment first of all.
Secondly , i guess you misandesrtood what i meant for tonification.

I just wanted to express that the all movement of "THE ARCHER" is not simply cardio
but it is also a good resistance training .
In fact when i go back i perform in the end a "side lunge"
when i go forward i have to decelerate with my quads and when i rotate i defenetely use very well my obliques and latissimus dorsi and biceps .

With the word tonification i was tryng to summarize all this .

Thanks again fo appreaciting my Video.
I will post soon a new one .

CHEERS !
