Policy and Netiquette

This community was created to help Kinesis fans discover the potential of Kinesis equipment and share their experiences, whether they're professionals in the sector or end users.

You can comment on all posts. All comments are moderated and will be published provided that certain rules of civility and mutual respect are accepted and shared.

Comments will not be published if they contain::

• Inappropriate or offensive language;
• References to situations, locations, names and people of which we are not sure of the facts. In this event, when we feel it's appropriate, a private email will be sent to shed light on what was described in the comment.

Feel free to participate in the Ask section by asking questions or answering queries posted by others, respecting the rules described above. When the netiquette policy is not complied with, Technogym reserves the right to delete any inappropriate comments.

Community Material and Content

This community is open to everyone who wants to sign up. The information we ask for will be used in accordance with the privacy laws that Technogym complies with in all of its activities.

Individual Responsibility of Users

Registered users can publish images, content and videos in a web area that is accessible to all other users. Technogym is not responsible for content published by users on web pages, both public and private; the users themselves are exclusively responsible for their own content.

Users are also responsible for comments that they post in the Ask, Blog and Learn sections. Therefore, each user assumes exclusive responsibility for everything he or she posts in the interactive, multimedia context of this service, thereby releasing Technogym from any responsibility.
