Rachel has practiced a wide range of physical exercise and fitness from a very early age. She strives to keep her knowledge updated and qualified as a Fitness Trainer in 2002.
Her training style is vibrant, effective and unique. She has had good success in fitness training, corrective exercise training and combine yoga and Pilates for her clients to suitable their individual need, and
has extensive knowledge of physical assessment, physical training, group fitness training, exercise programming, injury prevention, pre & post natal workshop, yoga and pilates.
Working closely together with the in-house physiotherapist, Rachel involves the vital training and recovery program that most injured clients need into her sessions, finding learning these fundamentals increases her clients’ well-being and vitality.
